All rates are in BGN, per night, per room and include:
- Overnight in a chosen type of room
- Breakfast in the main restaurant

- Regulated shuttle bus to Gondola lift station and back to the hotel on schedule
- Ski storage for personal equipment
- Free Wi-Fi access, insurance, tourist tax and 9%VAT
Extra guest accommodation policy:
- Single accommodation (available for all periods excluding New Year): 25% discount from the base room rate.
- Child up to 4.99 years old on extra bed – free of charge.
- Child from 5 to 11.99 years old on extra bed uses a discount of 50% from the regular adult bed rate.
- An adult on extra bed uses 25% discount from the regular bed rate.
- In case of accommodation of one adult and child up to 4.99 years old, the unit will be charged as single occupancy (not valid for New Year period, when single = double).
Supplements:
- Dinner: 35 BGN per adult, 18 BGN per child from 5 to 11.99 years old
- New Years’ Eve Gala dinner (mandatory): 180 BGN per adult, 90 BGN per child from 5 to 11.99 years old
- Outdoor parking lot – 15 BGN per day; Indoor parking lot – 18 BGN per day.
(parking is subject to availability, advance parking reservations will be not accepted).
Note: all surcharges are not subject to discounts.
Payment deadlines and cancelation policy:
- All reservations are valid when an advance payment of 50% of the total booking value is made and the amount is credited in the hotel bank account within 3 calendar days.
- Full payment deadline:
- When Early booking discount is applied: until 30.11.2024.
- For standard reservations: upon arrival at the hotel, by check-in.
- For reservations in New Year period: until 30.11.2024. For last minute reservations full payment will be required.
- Free cancelation for standard bookings: up to 10 days before check-in date. Penalty after free cancelation period: 50% of the total amount (the value of the deposit).
- New Year cancelation policy: free cancelation until 30.11.2024. In case of cancelation between 01.12.2024 and 10.12.2024, 50% penalty from the total booking amount is required. In case of cancelation after 10.12.2024 or No-Show, 100% penalty from the total booking amount is required.
Discounts:
- 25% discount for online bookings made until 30.11.2024 on the official website of the hotel www.perunlodge.com. The discount is valid for online bookings only!
- 20% discount on bookings made until 30.11.2024.
*These two discounts cannot be combined.
Important information:
- All units at the hotel have two regular beds.
- All extra beds in the rooms are foldable armchair or sofa bed.
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for New Year period.
- The food for breakfast and dinner in the hotel is on buffet. When there are less than 30 guests – it is on set menu.
- Check-in time: after 2:00 PM. Check-out time: until 12:00 at noon.
- The offer has the value of a contract, part of which is Reservation and cancellation policies.
- The hotel reserves its right to change the rates and conditions.
