Winter season 2025/2026

The rates are valid for double occupancy, per unit, per night and include:

• Overnight in a chosen type of room
• Breakfast on buffet in the main restaurant
• SPA access: indoor swimming pool (20х5m), Finish sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, fitness and relax area
• Regulated shuttle bus to Gondola lift station and back to the hotel, on schedule
• Ski storage for personal equipment
• Free Wi-Fi access, insurance, tourist tax and 9% VAT

Discounts:

• Single accommodation: 25% discount from the base room rate (available for all periods excluding New Year).
• Child up to 5,99 y.o. on extra bed – free of charge.
• Child from 6 to 11,99 y.o. on extra bed uses 50% discount from the regular adult bed rate.
• An adult on extra bed uses 25% discount from the regular adult bed rate.
• In case of accommodation of an adult and child up to 5,99 y.o., the unit will be charged as single occupancy (not valid for New Year period when single=double).

Supplements:

• Buffet dinner: 20.00 € / 39.12 BGN per adult and 10.00 €/ 19.56 BGN per child 6 to 11,99 y.o. The dinner does not include drinks.
• New Years’ Eve Gala dinner (mandatory): 98.00 € / 191.67 BGN per adult, 49.00 € / 95.84 BGN per child 6 to 11.99 y.o.
• Outdoor parking lot – 9.00 € / 17.60 BGN per day; Indoor parking lot – 10.00 € / 19.56 BGN per day (parking is subject to availability advance parking reservations will be not accepted).
• Note: All supplements are not subject to discounts.

Important information:

• All units at the hotel have two regular beds. All extra beds in the rooms are foldable armchair of sofa bed.
• On 31.12.2025 there is no buffet dinner.
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for New Year period.
• The food for breakfast and dinner in the hotel is on buffet. When there are less than 30 guests – it is on set menu.
• Check – in time: after 2:00PM. Check – out time: until 12:00 at noon.
• Early check – in and late check – out are available upon request and extra pay.
• The hotel reserves its right to change the rates and conditions.
• The offer has the value of a contract, part of which is Reservation and cancellation policies.

Payment deadlines and cancellation policy:

• All reservations are valid when an advance payment of 50% of the total booking value is made up to 3 days after booking confirmation.
• Full payment deadline:
• When early booking discount is applied: until 30.11.2025.
• For standard reservations: upon arrival at the hotel, by check – in.
• For reservations in New Year period: until 30.11.2025. For reservations in New Year period made after 01.12.2025, 100% payment required 3 days after reservation confirmation.
• Free cancellation for standard bookings: up to 10 before check – in date. Penalty after free cancellation period: 50% of the total amount (the value of the deposit).
• New Year cancellation policy: free cancellation until 30.11.2025. in case of cancellation between 01.12.2025 to 10.12.2025, 50% penalty from the total booking amount is required. In case of cancellation after 10.12.2025 or NO SHOW, 100% penalty from the total booking amount is required.
