Extra guest accommodation policy:
• Single accommodation (available for all periods excluding New Year) – 25% discount from the base room rate.
• Child up to 4,99 years old on extra bed – free of charge.
• Child from 5 to 11,99 years old accommodated on extra bed uses 50% discount from the regular adult bed rate.
• An adult on extra bed uses 25% discount from the regular bed rate
• In case of accommodation of an adult with one child up to 4,99 years old the unit will be charged as a single occupancy (not valid for New Year period when single = double).
Supplements:
- Half board supplement: 35 bgn per adult, 18 bgn per child from 5 to 11,99 years old.
- New Years‘ Eve Gala dinner (mandatory) in the main restaurant:
- 180 BGN per adult, 90 BGN per child between 5 – 11.99 years old.
- Outdoor parking lot – 15 BGN per day; indoor parking lot – 18 BGN per day (parking is subject to availability, advance parking reservations will be not accepted).
- Late check-out (from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM) is charged 50% from one night room rate. Confirmation for availability is required in advance from the reception desk.

Important information:
• All units at the hotel have two regular beds. All extra beds in the rooms are foldable armchair or sofa bed.
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for New Year period.
• The food for breakfast and dinner in the hotel is on buffet. When there are less than 30 people – it is on set menu.
• Check-in time: after 2:00 PM.
• Check-out time: until 12:00 at noon.
