The prices are in BGN, per room for double occupancy and include:
- Bed and breakfast (BB)
- SPA access: indoor swimming pool (20m x 5m), Finnish sauna, steam bath, relax area, fitness
- Free Wi-Fi
- Outdoor parking
- City tax, 9% VAT and insurance
Single occupancy and additional guests policy:
- Single occupancy – 25% discount on the price of the room
- A child up to 5.99 years old on extra bed – free of charge
- One adult accommodated in a room with a child up to 5.99 years old is calculated as a single occupancy
- A child from 6 to 11.99 years old on extra bed uses a 50% discount on the price of the regular bed for an adult
- An adult on extra bed uses a 25% discount on the price of the regular bed
Extra services:
- Indoor parking lot – 10 BGN per car per day
- Late Check-out (from 12:00 AM to 6:00 PM) fee: 50% of the price of the relevant room per night. Prior confirmation from reception desk is required.
Payment policy:
- The reservation is considered guaranteed upon payment of a 50% deposit by bank transfer within 5 calendar days of the confirmation date. Full payment of the reservation amount – on site at the hotel upon check-in.
Cancellations and penalties:
- In case of cancellations up to 5 calendar days before check-in – no penalty will be applied.
- In case of cancellation after this period, a penalty of 50% from the total booking amount will be applied.
- In case of no-show or early departure, no refunds will be made.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Accommodation capacity by room type:
o Maximum occupancy in Studio – 2 adults +1 child
o Maximum occupancy in One Bedroom Apartment – 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults
o Maximum occupancy in Junior Suite – 2 adults +1 child - All room types in the hotel have two regular beds. All other beds in the premises are extra beds ( extendable armchairs or sofas).
- The breakfast is on buffet style. In cease there are less than 30 guests in the hotel, the breakfast will be organized on a set menu.
- Check-in time: after 2:00 p.m. Check-out time: until 12:00 p.m.
- The hotel reserves the right to change prices and conditions.
